Dear Exhibitor

Advocacy for Gifted and Talented Education in New York State (A.G.A.T.E.) will be holding its annual conference at the C.W. Post Campus of Long Island University in Brookville, New York, October 23-24, 2009. We expect this conference to draw a wide audience of teachers, administrators, future teachers and parents from the New York City metropolitan area as well as from around the rest of the state and surrounding states.

In addition to sharing the gifts of standards for all children, we invite you to share your educational products and knowledge with our audience. The exhibitor¹s area will be open throughout the conference. We are expecting 150-200 attendees.

We will be charging $125.00 for the first table and $25.00 for each additional table. The conference will be held from 9:00 a.m. on Friday and Saturday until 4:00 p.m. or so each day. Lunch will be included for up to two people. Several breaks have been scheduled in the program to allow sufficient time to explore the exhibition area.

If you cannot display at the conference but would like your brochure included in our conference packet, we will do so for a fee of $40.00. Ads in our conference program are also available. We would also appreciate any donated materials to be used as awards and/or prizes for attendees. All participants will be acknowledged in the conference literature and in our newsletter.

Please return the enclosed registration sheet along with your check if you wish to participate. We must hear from you by August 24 2009, in order to include you in the conference brochure. Exhibition space is very limited, so please respond as soon as possible!

You will receive confirmation of your participation upon receipt of the registration form and payment. Hotel rooms have been reserved. Fees and directions to the college and the hotels will be posted on this website.
