In submitting a proposal, please be aware of the following: Proposals may be submitted online at this web site by July 15, 2009. All e-mail submissions will be acknowledged with an e-mail receipt. Proposal acceptances will be sent by early July, 2009 If the proposal form is downloaded and completed, please mail to:

1. Complete the application below. Use one form for each proposal. Please provide all application information requested with your proposal.

2. Complete the abstract for the presentation session (100 words), and a list of co-presenters if applicable. The description should include overview and goals of the presentation and what participants will take away from it. Also include a working title.

3. Include a summary (50 words or less) of your professional background and experience as you wish it to appear in the Conference Program. Please provide your primary discipline (education, psychology, philosophy etc.)

All presenters are expected to register for the conference and pay full conference fees. Travel and hotel accommodations are the presenter’s responsibility. If proposal is accepted, please confirm that every effort will be made to attend the conference and to let program coordinator know in advance if that is not possible.
